Can't go to Ghostfang Widlands...

I think I screwed up - I completed Ring of Bones, all the way to the end got the skul fought the boss and destroyed the skull (I fought the boss and received the Fury Spell) and instead of going on to Ghostfang Widlands I went back to re-claim an alter in the Gray Fane. Now I can't get into Ghostfand Widlands. I went back hru the Tomb of Darkrum ran thru didn't kill many monsters, etc. & now I am where the skull was & it is naturally isn't there and now I cannot go any further. Also, my hit points have gone down from 3000+ to 2600. Any suggestions on how I can move forward...?

WHY DOES MY GAME NOT SAVE!?

I go in kill the boss and then when I exit MY GAME CRASHES when I go back in I cant do the level again! but cant move on in the campain! what to do before I uninstall?

try using these instructions, it is a possible work around that works most of the time.
just remember DO NOT use the save and quit option in the game! when you want to exit the game, make sure it has done an autosave (warp to diff part of map, open a chest, go in dungeon, buy something from the store, etc.) and then use your "ALT" and "F4" keys together and this will exit the game for you. upon getting back on the game, if you do not see "CONTINUE GAME" DO NOT ENTER THE SANCTUM OR ENDLESS DUNGEON (or it will reset you), exit out of the game using the method i stated and try to reboot the game. sometimes this works on the first try but has also been known to take up to 10 tries before "continue game" comes back up.
what is going on is the server has to "locate" your autosaved game but if you have saved and quit after entering the sanctum, then that would be your last save you did and that is what will come up.
i know it's frustrating, but hopefully this will give some help.

some players have said they still use the save and quit option, just when the "continue game" does not show they follow the rest of the directions.
so it is up to you which one you want to do.

thx but you see I was faceing the stalker and killed him but then I crashed now if I go back into that dugeon where you find the wolf skull there is nothing there so how do I continue?

if you go to the hand of kul located in mount crimhorn then it will do all the nifty stuff it was supposed to do upon killing the apex.......you should be able to continue after that.
