SOLUTION: How to fix Ascend: Hand of Kul 'Service Not Available'

Alright guy's, I think I got it! So.... first things first, go into your game directory and make sure you have the game set to always run as admin. Then once your done with that, go to Control Panel, View Network Status and Task, and then find your active networks. The one you are CURRENTLY connected to... find it and then click, Local Area Connection, Properties, INTERNET PROTOCOL VERSION 4!!!!!!!, and then find the DNS server. After you found it, click use the following DNS server, and then where it says Preferred DNS server, type this 8.8.4.4 and then click okay then make sure you click okay on the Local Area Connection properties so it saves it, and then once you run the game... run it WITH THE LAUNCHER.... and Boom!

fixed one problem now if only i could figure out why i cant leave teh sanctum, cant even do the tut quest and ive got over 3 hours in the game...

Does this work for windows 10? I'm having the same error. It just says I can't connect to the servers right now but I have been trying for a while. Please help.
