Ascend unable to connetc

i cant play, a 10 days ago today i try to play again and show this error, HELP

signal studios servers are having some issues right now, but they will be working on it and hopefully the game will be back up for everyone to play come this next week.

are you connecting at all? i mean do you get to connect and then it disconnects you or is it telling you service unavailable at the beginning when the game is loading?
