I will, however, back up 4 and 2.
4 would help with the sense that there's an actual crusade going on between the gods. At present, it feels largely like they're really just buddies who are sort of competing a little while they work together to beat up Kul. I don't think that's what the devs were going for.
The battle doesn't need to be a bunch of NPCs placed into the world and set to fight. It could just be a stock, short animation with a bunch of generic bodies put in, with the invaders' skins put over them. Maybe only the top 20 invaders for each faction would be used, with the top three for each featuring more heavily.
2. Yeah this is fairly simple. Maybe recordings of each fight could be saved for 24 hours after every fight on the servers, after which they're deleted. The player could choose to download them if they found one particularly awesome.
