Hey all, I have stumped myself and can't remember what mod I was using and wanted to see if anyone knows it off hand.

Was using a lore friendly - reactive mod bunch several weeks ago and I had a mod installed that stopped the factions fighting in the HUB AND (this is the important part) effectively creative two separate bars, one run by HNO and one by trade ninjas.

I cannot for the life of me find what mod it was, I have found some faction relation tweak ones but nothing that puts in the second bar. Anyone currently using it or know what the mod is called you would be a lifesaver.
