SOLVED: Game won't start, error 0xc000007b HELP
Hello, I recentlly purchased CLoS and when I first started it, it said that the d3dx9_43.dll file was missing, so I updated DirectX and now when i run the .exe file the error above appears.

I have a Dell inspiron 15 5000 with intel i5 7200u 7th gen processor and intel intel hd 620 graphic card.

I managed to play DmC and abzu here, so the problem it's not in graphic card, I think I'm missing some file, because on my other desktop pc it works without problems

Can anyone help me, please?

ok, I asked on another forum and I found what was wrong. Here's the test in case someone else has trouble, enjoy :)

You may try to delete d3dx9_43.dll from both System32 and SysWOW64 (you can make a copy somewhere if you want), update DirectX again (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\any of your Steam games\_CommonRedist\DirectX, launch DXSETUP.exe in Admin mode), and hope for the best.

I had the same issue recently with Ryse: Son of Rome and Skyrim Special Edition. It was another .dll though (D3DCOMPILER_42.DLL).
