Sure does. Been playing 4k 144hz without issue.

I should mention that there are quite a few movie cutscenes that are 720p/30 though and they look pretty crunchy on a 4k monitor/tv. Its an older game that holds up fairly well. Such a slice of gaming of the times with QTE's, ledge grabbing and clunkiness.
