Are you playing on a Mac or a PC? If you can send your system specs to www.playrushbros.com/support we can start to take a look and see what the issue might be. Thank you for your patience and your help in helping us help you.

My game also crashes right after I launch it. I see the EULA but then windows tells me that it has stopped working and asks if it should check online for a solution or just close the program.

Windows 7 64 bit
AMD Phenom II X4 940 CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti GPU
Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P Motherboard
8 Gb of RAM

All of my drivers appear to be up to date. I posted this on www.playrushbros.com/support as well Mr. jonkaiser3 Dev sir.

EDIT: I found an 'output_log.txt' in the games folder. Would that have any info that might help?

I think so

What info you have under "Direct3D:" on output_log.txt? (Those 7 first lines tell alot)
Example:
Direct3D: Version: Direct3D 9.0c [nvumdshim.dll 9.18.13.1422] Renderer: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 Vendor: Intel VRAM: 3019 MB (via DXGI) Caps: Shader=30 DepthRT=1 NativeDepth=1 NativeShadow=1 DF16=0 DF24=0 INTZ=1 RAWZ=0 NULL=1 RESZ=0 SlowINTZ=0

Mr. Pineapple

Can you send the whole output_log.txt file to support@myxyla.com This way the engineers can go through and see just where the issue is occurring.

This is strange. I tried about a hundred times and it crashed every time. Now without doing anything, not even a reboot, it launches without crashing. Is this game still in beta?
iNsAnEdRaGoN 25 May, 2013 @ 2:02pm
sooo im still having trouble opening this game... as i stated before the game prepares to launch but then doesnt i have uninstalled and re installed many times now... this is getting really fraustrating...this is the ONLY game on steam that acts this way, everything else open and runs fine as it should.

E.B.A.H. Thank you for providing your system information. Again, we apologize for the issues you are experiencing and appreciate your aid in helping us figure out what the issue is.

Hi E.B.A.H

In an attempt to figure out why the game will not start up for you, can you please tell me screen resolution setting of your desktop?

Also are you able to launch any other unity based games?

It also looks like inmy games library next to rush bros "syncing" flashes really fast.. maybe its having an issuse syncing? has anyone noticed this?
Kaldon 25 May, 2013 @ 2:54pm
Can you try one more thing for me.

Right click on Rush Bros in your game library list and select Properties.

On the window that opens can you select the last tab Local Files

First can you tell me how much space is being used by Rush Bros

Also on that tab select Browse Local Files

In the folder that opens can you right click on the Rush Bros icon and select to run as an Administrator

Please let me know if this works. I am scouring through a bunch of Unity Forum help posts trying to nail down why the game will not launch for you.

This is for the cloud syncing system. This can be disabled by going into the properties and on the second tab un checking the box next to Enable Steam Cloud Syncing.
