crashed importing music, game won't boot
i've reinstalled 3 times, verified game cache etc.

the game originally froze when i tried to add my music folder (was running fine before that). now it just persistantly loads with a black screen even though i've reinstalled it 3 times.

Anyone got any tips for fixing this or will i have to ask for a refund?

Hey there, we are currently working on a solution to avoid this issue entirely that should be available in an update soon.

In the mean time, I can post a "quick fix" for you.

If you would, please post or email the following info to Support@MyXyla.com. It will help us to provide better service to everyone as well as get you up and running again. :-)
  • Operating System
  • System RAM
  • Video RAM
  • GPU/Graphics card model
  • Estimated size of custom music folder. (size on disk and/or number of tracks)
  • The output_log.txt file from the Rush Bros_Data folder

To locate the log file:
  • Right click on the Rush Bros from with in your steam library and select Properties
  • Select the LOCAL FILES tab and select BROWSE LOCAL FILES...
  • That should open an Explorer/Finder window. The output_log.txt file is located in the Rush Bros_Data sub-folder

well thanks for your replies... it seems to just randomly work now, with no music imported.

if it does it again when i try to import i'll send an email... won't risk it for now though...
