GetThreadContext failed error

When starting up the game i get an error message saying GetThreadContext failed. I am unable to play the game because of this. Reinstalling the game did not work. Any suggestions?

Please go there and upload what it asks and we will take a look at it and see what the issue.

Its quite strange, but the game started working again when i tested it yesterday (I did not do or change anything in the meantime). I don't know what caused it, or what solved it.
