By default routers block all incoming traffic which you didn't initiate. To host a multiplayer game you need to have UDP port 27963 unblocked and forwarded to your PC. If you have a firewall make sure to add Original War to its exception list.

If your have the DPI (Dots Per Inch) higher than 96DPI (Sometimes listed as 100%) then Windows will resize Original War. To fix it find OwarOGL.exe (In the Original War directory), Right Click it and click on Properties. Then goto the Compatibility tab and check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". Then click on the OK button. You should also do the same with OwarDD.exe .

It is generally caused by using a Hungarian region and having the sorting set to Default. To fix it you will need to open "Regional and Language" (May differ based on which Windows you have) in the Control Panel, then click on "Change sorting method". Click on the Sorting tab and change it from Default to Technical.


E06D7363 means that either windows or another application has locked a file which Original War uses. This is normally caused by Anti-Virus software falsely thinking Original War or a part of Original War is a virus. You will need to get your Anti-Virus software to unblock Original War if you want to play it.
