Sanctions achievement on Steam not awarded

I've been trying to get the new achievements and I ran into a weird situation. In AM04 I was able to get the Sanctions (preventing the Russians from building a second base) on my ingame profile, but not on Steam.
Are there different conditions for them? When my people arrive at the spot, the enemy already started building the warehouse, but I cleaned them up and destroyed the building, thus getting the ingame achievement.

Hi. Sanctions is one of the old achievements. Not sure of something changed since last update. The new achievement for this mission is Officer decline

I had no problems with Officer Decline, I got it on both Steam and in-game together.

There is no differences in regards to conditions. As long as you own the game on steam and have a connection to steam at the time you should get the achievement.

So apparently I got it somehow, without the popup window.
Anyways, mission AM 06 - Joan doesn't appear. Does it have some prerequisites? I had the Russian base destroyed and I just waited until the end, twice, but no Joan.

Hi, I have problem with achievment Can't feel the love tonight - 14 mission US. I did it and it was unlocked in the game but not on Steam. I tried many times.

On Steam this achievement is unlocked in mission 6. Just return to any save from this mission and send Joan to Russian base to be killed. You will get this instantly.

Try to walk someone (i.e. John) around the base during the mission, this should help. - on a different forum it was recommended for this mission. Sometimes when you are working too fast somethings may not trigger.
