there was a forum that explained how to use cheat engine to bypass the limit but i cant find it now. doesnt mean its gone, just cant find it when searching for it. found it in another post, the website im talking about is closed.

im sure someone might say just use the editor but i want to cheat without it XD

There used to be an exploit, which allowed you to infinitely give XP at the end of mission (one for each side at least), the trick was in continuing mission for secondary objectives, fulfill them, pause the game and manually finish the mission, then it went straight back to a paused mission after giving XP.
No idea whether it still works or not...
