How do I get Booming Mane?

I collected every mushroom, but this one eludes me
Here's what I did

> Be in the dream
> Be in Climate Control
> Be in the water
> Be in the morning 6-12 am
> Use anywhere 1-3 coolers
> Use anywhere 1-2 dehydrators

Nothing so far has worked for me. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using cultivators? Natural mushrooms don't randomly spawn near your machines, natural spawns are fixed positions, and only spawn rarely.

Booming Mane is T4, M4 - dream, water, cooler, dehydrator, dawn, no rain/snow.

Cultivator is a must! I sat for multiple frog days trying to spawn it and it only worked when I used a cultivator. I farmed it right outside Hoppert's house.

T4 M4 you say? Now that is where I got into the wrong. The game stated colder DRYER environments, but for me I had to use a cooler and a HUMIDIFIER instead to reach level 4 moisture.

My location is directly south of Forecasting
I didn't mention cultivator because they were too self explanatory for me
