Lost the Spore Hybridazation Research
I am not sure how it happened but I no longer have the Spore Hybridization Research. I searched in all my chests I just cannot find it.

There should be a way to respawn lost items in their initial location. I am currently soft locked as I need to learn to make hybrid mushrooms

You do not need the physical item to unlock the items with Ribbert and complete the chapter, you just need to have discovered it for the first time.

There are two research items - the one you want is in the spore hybridisation lab which is only accessible in the dream.

Thank you for answering this, I took a break from the game for a week or two due to work stuff and I thought I'd soft locked myself by losing the research. I'm glad I was able to find this thread before going off and making my own
