I accept a quest including an item (fx. transport an VIP)
I save
Something happens (Fx. I die)
I load
The quest is gone (as in canceled and not possible to complete)
BUT the item is still in my inventory.

That I keep the useless item is annoying but dosen't matter (since it dosen't take up space), but that the quest is LOST because I load a saved game is something that should NOT happen.
