please make a guide about gang

^^
1.a lot of ui for gang is not translate
2.can i make gang in multiple city ?
3.can i capture another gang ?
4.if i capture target gang do it get target gang martial art ?

I wish they would translate more I cannot understand the ui or what people are saying
