Game frezzes 5 sec into the menu!

So basicly I dw the game and 3 to 5 sec into the main menu the game just freezes. I tried to delete pb and update it but nothing is working. My friend has allmost same specs as me and it works fine for him. Ppl say that the best way is to go to ROEngine and set
bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport=True but i can not find all 3 of them, only one. If someone can help please do.
