With Common Sense DLC - Country >> Subjects tab >> click on vassal >> Seize Land

You go to the subjects tab, click on their country and they select the seize land option. You are not allowed to seize their capital though.

Sorry neither option has worked for me.

Yes I do and I did scroll. I believe what is happenning is that I am not fully up to date with EU IV only being at the Cossacks expansion.

Requiring a DLC just to do this is not common sense. It's non-sense! Says a lot about Paradox...

He is right, such features shouldn't be reserved for DLC ... I'm stuck right now because of this, and they raised their dlc prices few years ago , for an extra old game .
