Yeah, I made it through but I forgot how exactly. I remember continuosly trying a solution and it worked once.

Okay, glad you were able to continue the game. Thanks for sharing!

I got the same issue today. After trying a couple of times with no success (the green block got moved or stuck even on the last part, where I was pushing it to the blue button), I tried exiting to main menu and continuing the game at the checkpoint. I respawned at the bottom of the room, below the glass as if the puzzle has been solved. I didn't get the achievement for solving the puzzle, but I managed to finish the game. I was able to solve the puzzle properly (and get the achievement) after replaying 7th sector.
