Unplayable Low FPS

Hi,

I'm not sure what the issue is. I have a GTX 980M with the most updated drivers. The game runs at an uplayable 15fps. I've tried changing the smooth framerate in the config file, but that doesn't do anything.
Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind, turns out for some reason the game just default to using the integrated graphics!
I changed it and now it works flawlessly.

Could you share how you managed to do that? I'm unfamiliar with the process.

Not sure if you still need help but I went into my Nvidia control panel, went to Manage 3D settings & Set Physx configuration and changed them from Auto to my Graphics card, got me from 28fps to a solid 60.
