Escape the map area by accident.
I think it was in sector 4 with its manual rotating wall. Somehow, I was standing on it while I push to rotate. It pushed me out of the map area and then I got stuck and managed to go outside the map. I could fall out into the blackness forever. Hahaha! Has anyone seen that bug? I had to restart this sector from reloading. Annoying! :(
