Bug in final puzzle

In the last puzzle of the game, the green blocks are passing through the yellow ones, making the puzzle unsolvable.

I could not record the glitch, but I have found footage of the bug on youtube. Mind you, this is from the original Q.U.B.E., but the glitch is still present in the Director's cut.

I just had the same bug, so for anyone else looking for a possible workaround:
For me, it worked when the green block was not directly at the wall but right next to the blue block, so it would only needed to be pushed one field.
