Apprenticeship doesn't seem to work?

Further bugs:
- TODO/code jumble in research tooltip and diplomacy.
- What do you do with neutral buildings in your domain? can't capture, can't repair after pillaging, can't remove the building?
- What's the use of capturing another settlement? nothing seems to happen with it

Yea about capturing other tribes town, they always con vert back, yea wish Jon changed that if you occupy you could use them "/

i'm trying it now and my 0.2 boar output stays at that when i add an apprentice
