doubling animal stock

I think I just doubled my horses from around 100 to 200. I build a (stone) ranch but eventually my clan became unhappy and demanded a settled profession. So I decided to demolish and rebuild it. Demolition made me have 0 horses, but as soon as I rebuild it I had my old ones back plus the ones on the hex once more.

Same Problem here. Build a horse farm with stone last night (+1 Horse) and after completion i found 120 horses in my stock.
i have two warhorse trainer in my clan (-2 horse), but horses remain unchanged.
Same thing happens with sheeps and cows.
Its nice, but i don't think this is what originally is hw this should work.
