they're great as guards, and in story they're like tribes wich work with me, like gaul aux infantrie.

(yeah french, vercintegorix surrendered nice...)

I like the idea. It would be interessing to have some kind of influence on them, to make them stay white. Or maybe secretly incite them to attack another faction? Or to recruit them as mercenary?
