Keep up the great work!

How do I declare war with minor factions? I can't seem to figure out how to actually capture the neutral locations. I've also noticed a lot of "civ X 'TODO' civ Y" popping up on the side of my screen in addition to frequent crashes.

a) How do I make peace?
b) I was lucky and got two archers around turn 20. Turn 25 Romans declared war, turn 35 Romans came with legions. No chance to defend myself. Game, time, will and motivation for another game - all lost.

Again: great game, but I would not dare to call it even beta version.

Have also noticed a lot of "tribe x TODO tribe y" messages, usually around the time people are throwing around denouncements, but no idea what they actually mean. Also, the Western Roman Empire had a message for me, which I forgot to click before I ended my turn, and it didn't come up on the 'next item/new turn' button at all, and it was gone forever.

Another thing that bugs me, how do I know what map colors are associated with what tribes? I can tell if I can find one of their structures, but when it's just a unit wandering around by himself, I have no idea. The clan names are listed on mouseover, but not what tribe they belong to.

Near impossible to do diplomacy with the neutral tribes, they all have the same name in the diplomacy menu, making it impossible to figure out which is which without trial and error. Also capturing their cities seems to be temporary. What is it even supposed to do?
