No, but it's possible to unlock Joe Danger 2 DLC achievements by installing older versions of the base game and DLC, as confirmed by several people in this thread here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/242110/discussions/0/558746089570272825/?ctp=6.

I just bought the DLC on sale to try this, so I'll update this on whether I can get it to work or not.

EDIT: Yep, still works!
