So I have 2 major gripes that I was hoping someone might have a fix for. First, is there any way to get a border in windowed mode? Additionally, is there any way to have your mouse not bound to the window? I almost never used borderless windowed mode in games unless I'm just using it as a fake fullscreen to allow for easier switching to my desktop, and that usually requires not having my mouse bound to the window. When I play in an actual windowed mode, I expect to be able to move the window around.
