OK, so I used to play this game and it worked fine, but i have recently returned to it and now every time i go to launch i get an error re the launcher, I have tried uninstalling and redownloading the game, I have tried the 'silent' fix, and have been through just about every compatibility setting known to man.

So, anyone else had this issue? And managed to resolve it?

Running Windows 8.1 :)

Hope someone can help cos this game is pretty fun.
