No alt-tab and grabbed mouse = aaargh (Linux)
Hi, I just tried to try JD2 under Linux (bought the latest Humble Indie Bundle) but the game opens its window in the top-left corner of my screen, breaks alt-tab and hides/grabs the mouse pointer so I can’t even move the window to a proper place.

Please fix the game so alt-tab and mouse still work. Thanks.
(I thought these problems were a thing of the past since SDL2 is out… Guess I was wrong :()
