[Linux] Dual Monitor issues
The game starts on dual monitor settings on Linux with Nvidia and TwinView on both monitors. So on both monitors I have the game, cloned.

I'm using Linux MInt 13 (x64) with an Nvidia 660 GTX and propritary drivers.

Please developers, take a look on it.
