Having slow down and a weird assert prompt. HELP!

I'm having a slow down issue which makes the game unplayable. I also have a weird pop-up that says:

My specs are:
Intel(R) Core i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20GHz
4.00GB
64-bit Operating System
It's a laptop so it probably won't run it well but I didn't think it would be this bad. Please help!

Hello there. We have found a similar crash related to a specific graphics card (or small subset of them). Can you email us at steamsupport@hellogames.co.uk with more details so we can work through it directly? Please include a screenshot or the text of the first error dialog you get, and your system specs. Thanks!

Yeah, same thing with me, no matter how I change the graphics it stills asslaggy and this little window show's up. I use the intel gpu as well, so... I think is easy to know where the problem is.
