Any known way to disable the splash screen?

Tried "-NoLauncher" at Steam launch option, without luck.

This is NOT a fix since you break the game's file structure. As soon as you'll run an integrity check or download a new update this "hack" will rollback naturally.

It is a workaround. And its working.

You are right. This is not a fix.

There should be no launcher in the first place!
I never understood, why games need launchers. they are totally worthless.
All options should be available via ingame menu.

Devs should at least give us an option to skip the launcher!
