Rekoil

Unable to launch game
I click "play" on steam and the cursor thinks... and nothing happens. Not even the task manager says anything. I have a gtx 770, windows 8.1 and I also have the pre-order dlc. Is there any way to fix this?
Also, not even the pre-installers start! The game is totally broken.

it seems like my problem is that the game isn't creating the rikochetengine.ini correctly! can anybody help me out here?
