Had this ever since the new items were introduced. My abilities freeze on 0.0s cd and everything around me keeps moving but i just sit there permastunned and lagged to ♥♥♥♥ while everyone else ♥♥♥♥♥ me up. Pretty sus if you ask me.

Yep. Happening to me as well, literally every game now. I thought it was my internet or something at first but after extensive testing, it's the game. I will just randomly freeze for a second or two and then desync to a random spot that would require multiple directional inputs for me to reach. It's been happening at least 5 times a game to me at this point and it's the point where I'm considering uninstalling.
