and he else propaganda against Bohemia Interactive *posted spam 18 September.
The developer lied to the customers into buying a game that was bad for them and won't take it back.

Even if it cost at least one pound, the problem isn't the money, but the fact that the famous developer turned out to be a liar-scammer.
He deceived customers into buying goods they did not need, and now refuses to accept them back.
This is not the behavior of a reputable company that cares about its business reputation, but of a petty touring swindler from a backward country.
I am very glad that you got pleasant emotions from the game and kept it.
I didn't get pleasant emotions from the game and don't want to keep it - I have much better games (including from Bohemia, which is what got me initially).
But the bottom line is that the developer refused to give refunds to those who didn't like the game.
Civilised laws protecting consumers were invented so they could return products they didn't like.
Bohemia blatantly violated these laws.
I found out another interesting fact today: it turns out that the game was actually FREE, but Bohemia was SELLING it to unsuspecting customers like me, who are used to honest sellers.
What's more: Bohemia was selling this game in a BETA-testing state.
That is, all civilised developers PAY beta-testers, but Bohemia, on the contrary, takes money for participation in beta-test.
And just before the release of the game made a large discount on the purchase, but not on the GAME itself, but on the set of the GAME + DONATE PACK, which, thus, became much cheaper than the game WITHOUT the pack.
And she made the pack itself non-refundable, knowing full well that unaware customers are now buying a product that will actually be free any day now, but which they cannot return after release because Bohemia has imposed restrictions on refunds.
3,781 hours on record for me. Something keeps me coming back.
Developers don't have jurisdiction to say "nah we don't want this Game refundable", it simply doesn't work that way.
So you are obviously experiencing an issue with the Platform itself, and need to contact Valve. Posting about a completely different Game in these Forums isn't going to "get you your refund".
Thank you!
I texted support and they did refund.
