For people that have the same problem in the future from now, I have fix it.
I have tried every solution on this forum from removing game files, validating to reinstalling. The solution for me was simply, swap to another savegame. I am used to save a game with 3 save files.
If I play I save the games 3 times to another save, after that I overwrite 1 of them each after another. So I have 1 up-to-date save, 1 older save and 1 old save. If sometings happen I can go back to a old save, what just saved me now.
To be sure I have also reinstalled the gam, back up your saves first, they are in
Steam\userdata\STEAMID\244030\local\YOURNAME
I'll go try a new save, if it changes something, but my nerves are low pitched and even more than many times I raged, so maybe I let it again settle down with some new updates and hope that it will be repaired.
