And in English it says:
Solved, you've guided me enough.
I removed the last save of my character from the save folder, which was an error. Maybe all you have to do is edit some character values - I don't know, but save all the characters of all players, save first, second, first, second, first, second .... etc ..
After the last save my character was there twice in a row and then the second character.
Removing one of my duplicate features is all OK. Thank you for your guidance, help and your time.
==============================
Didn't help much, since there was only a single character in the save file. This is how I fixed it:
1/ Backup the dysfunctional MP coop save game
2/ Open a similar coop working MP save file and find and copy the working character
3/ Open the dysfunctional save game file and note the ID # for the dysfunctional character
4/ Edit the dysfunctional save game to replace the existing character (everything between the **** lines)
5/ Edit the pasted 'new' character to have the same ID as the deleted character (from step 3)
This worked fine but placed my 'new' non-jumping character about 15 km from the HAB... a challenging discrepancy I would live with by taking half a day (in 1:24) to run back to the HAB.
It would've been a lot easier to 'Delete Character On Server' in the ready room, but that didn't work to fix the jumping problem.
Infact... you might have been able to just run the dev exe open the editor delete your messed up character and then spawn a new one in then save and switch back to the regular exe and see if it still jumps if not go back to playing.
Thank you for your help again. Good information.
You don't have to worry about the 'disabled achievements' thing. I've done it to my own saves with no issues and still got the achievements.
The process is as follows:
1. Run TKOM_dev.exe and edit w/e in-game using the editor
2. Save the game and quit to desktop
3. Fire up TKOM.exe and load the save game
4. Do w/e you were doing after editing in w/e and play
An easy way to see if things worked is quit the game after step 4 and look at your achievements on the game page in the library. If you do a simple achievements just for testing purpose you'll see it's unlocked.
I got these two by running the dev and giving myself money in a rover campaign. Then I just quit out and loaded up the reg-non dev quit after playing and noticed these two were now unlocked.
