Step 1 - For checking if you have any mods or addons enabled and how to remove them.
Step 2-4 - For setting compatability mode in Windows 10. Users of Windows 10 have been able to play the game after using steps 2-4.
Step 9 - These are the logs you need to post. The filesystem.log is not one of the logs that can/will provide further information on why the game crashed. Also the logs you posted above don't show any errors or issues with the game.
While I'm not calling you a liar, I've helped countless others running Windows 10 get the game running by following Steps 2-4. It sounds to me like you didn't follow the steps properly or you missed a step.
Have you subscribe to any mods or addons from the workshop? See Step 1.
What do the other logs say if anything? Crash.log and Console.log See Step 9.
Do you have any information in the Event Viewer for Windows 10 that might state what crashed or didn't load properly?
Checked, updated or downgraded your video card drivers?
Have Directx 9.0c redist installed? Visual C++ 2005 to 2017? .Net Framework? XNA Framework?
I did some digging and found this:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/244030/discussions/0/46476691323008383/
Which mentions hitting the play button, getting a white screen and then crashing to the desktop. This is the Step to follow in relation to that issue...
Step 14. If your game crashes or won't start with the following error:
ERROR : Device error : 88760868
