why do i get this error when loading a save?

it says somthing like this:

"Unhandled Exception

Thank you for answer.
I have found a solution to this problem. After digging into the system log, I determined exactly what the problem was. There was a conflict with some kind of text service (this library is built into Windows). Next, I tried to run Windows in safe mode - there, oddly enough, the game started working. After a few more hours of torment, I tried to create a new Windows user, log in to my Steam account there and launch the game. I didn't expect such a result, but it started working there.
