1 - I've never seen this happen to any vehicles unless a mod or addon is running and outdated. Then I've seen the Cargo Transport fall apart or parts of a vehicle get flung while it falls apart.
2 - Your not suppose to carry them and they aren't printable without using a mod, addon or editor. Also depending on how many barrels are in the open container adds to the overall weight. This is why the barrels are bouncing around. If you want to move the unit as a whole (barrels+container) don't load so many in and don't snap the mouse around. Slow and steady movements work better.
3 - If this happens in the manned campaign, your not suppose to move the container just the barrels for refueling. Outside of the campaign I've never had a container get stuck in the ground.
4 - I've never had this happen either. Again, this sounds like a mod or addon causing an issue.
5 - Taking the helmet off doesn't stop a solar event or radiation. You merely removed the helmet which contains the HUD.. thus you can no longer see the HUD status. (The solar event or radiaiton is still happening.) Also which airlock are you in? Only the MDV, MML, MLM, SLM (Must be seated) or a shielded habitat will *stop* radiation on the astronaut.
6 - Never had this happen. Only when I stood underneath the ramp while it lowered did I experience any damage to my helmet or suit.
7 - Not sure what you mean by this. The walking looks fine to me. A video perhaps to better explain this?

I'll provide videos then, no problem.
Here's is the first video, showing me attempting to move any container, trying both raising and sliding, none of which work. Mind the weight of various items. Remember, the gravity is 1/3 that of the earth, so the weight in earth terms is 1/3 too.
The video also shows weird head movement bug at the start of the game. The head bounces like if it was on rubber bands.
1. how am I supposed to unload the pod, without being able to move the containers ?
2. I was able to move and raise them early in the SP game, which I may do in another video too.
Btw. I played on High settings, but lowered them to LOW here, to prove it doesn't matter.
1. There should be a supply pod which contains a Cargo Transport unless you've already done that mission.
2. I can confirm being able to move the same container as shown in your video, with 6 filled barrels, all during a SP non-campaign save.
I did notice the head bounce but I believe the save was still loading up the level whatnot.
Did that container come with the pod/mission/level or was it editor/spawned in?
This is the mission at the second launch site. I did all the missions at the crash site, got the truck, MML, etc... all completed. The two weeks travel is behind me, and also the preliminary checks of the launch vehicle, which says fuel low. I'm at the point where I have to set up the 3d printer now, os I found the drop pod near the landing site, and tried to move cargo off it. There's no truck around this site though, so I can only move them one by one on foot, which will probably take me 5 hours, so I guess that's it for me with this title.
One note though, I was able to move containers fine from the start of the campaign. It started degrading and finally stopped working after I got all the machinery running at the crash site. At the time when I got to the MML, none of the containers would move as in this video.
The head bounce happens all the time too.
I'll produce some more videos to show all the other issues.
Also if your getting *alot* of head bouncing it's due to the games' physics calculations. There are *several* going on under the hood of the game. Every single item, building, vehicle, part has physics applied. The more things on map infront of you the more calculations and the more slug/slow down with the head/helmet you'll see. It was done this way to provide customization when building otherwise everything would be static and not do jack.
