Sorry, I have no info on the Enforce3_ltcg.dll. Because you don't have a crash.log or console.log file present the game isn't crashing. It's just not starting up...

If your game is crashing still but the error message doesn't say much try running the developer exe as any crash in the dev exe will likely show more information.

Did the game crash when you executed 'TKOM_dev.exe" ?

Run 'TKOM_loader.exe', if the window pops up look under 'Installed Addons, Mods and Total Conversions' section. Is this section empty or do you see anything under 'Game' and are there checkboxes ?

- If not, left click on 'Reset Game Settings', and then try running the game.

- If there are checkboxes uncheck them and try running the game.
