Editor Scenarios disappear
I've had this happen a couple times, and it's annoying. I put a ton of effort into a scenario, go to the main menu so I can send it to Steam, then see that it's gone. Sometimes I won't even be able to go back into the editor and find it in there. It doesn't have the same title of file name (I'm pretty sure) as another scenario, so I don't know why this happens. Bugs aside, TKOM is a great game.

Did you left click on 'New Scenario' button, make the scenario and then left click the save button across the top ?

If you didn't and just created something it won't be saved. Scenarios you create are found here:

\Steam\userdata\<Your Steam ID>\244030\local\addons\scenarios

Yeah I did. I hope I can find it where you're telling me to look, but otherwise it's not appearing in-game.

It's not there.
Then it didn't get saved properly, you didn't enter a name for the scenario/filename, or something else happened.

Try this:

1. Goto the editor and select Victoria Crater or other map
1a. After the editor loads the map:

2. Left click the 'New Scenario' button up top (Looks like paper with a plus symbol)
3. Fill in the 'Title' and 'Filename'
4. Left click the 'Save Scenario' button up top (Disk looking icon with arrow pointing down)
5. Check the directory location I gave above

If the Steam directory is inside Program Files then it's going to be:

<Drive Letter>:\Steam\userdata\<Your Steam ID>\244030\local\addons\scenarios

or

<Drive Letter>:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\userdata\<Your Steam ID>\244030\local\addons\scenarios

I just tested this myself, I clicked the 'New Scenario' button and then filled in the 'Title' and 'Filename', I then clicked the save button across the top of the screen. I called my scenario test123 and checked the directory. It was there as test123.scn. So it IS saving them for me.

Sometimes my scenarios don't get saved, though. Only sometimes.

That's weird man... sounds like somethings funky with your PC. Like antivirus is blocking or something else is preventing it from creating the file.

Very weird.

As far as I know, my PC's ok, but it might be worth a check.
