i looked online and people have said ctrl + L works but i tried and it just says turn on off name and also some file path that doesnt exist. anyone have any ideas

i just tried ctrl + I and it worked not L but then it wont let you use the gas or turn the wheel or really do anything as far as i can tell until you restart the session
