Same thing happens with me. As I can see no one has even acknowleged your post her and it has been 4 months. Played this game for 9 hours the other day and then it crashed and my progress was deleted. Decided to try playing it again on my steam machine and the game won't even launch. Great customer support backed up with just swell games is why I spent 600 dollars on a paper weight.
