It was a lot easier to complete when there weren't as many worlds.
Yea my question is whether it requires all extra worlds (DLC) or not, because I noticed the cooking one doesn't (since I got to some of the Worlds later and they had world specific cooking recipes).
It's been a while since I did mine, but I only had the first 3 Worlds then - Forest, ice and Sand with Pyramids. Didn't have the 4th one then or any of the DLC's that followed.
I seem to remember that you had to physically craft every item, not just unlock them. So if you haven't crafted something it had a different coloured background.
Yea I went over all of the items and crafted all of them on the first 4 worlds, only then are they highlighted in the technology tree. Maybe I am missing something but I didnt even skip duplicates
