Chapter 5 Forklift puzzle bug?

I am the only one who really struggled with the Forklift puzzle?

The puzzle itself is quite simple, here is the solution:

- Place the battery,
- fill the tank with diesel,
- get the forklift key in the office,
- turn on the key in the forklift,
- make sure the forklift is in position down,
- turn on the crane in the office,
- *try* to push the forklift with the crane

So normally, I should be able to solve it. It all seems logical. But I don't know if it is a bug, but I really can't seem to hit the hitbox of the forklift with the crane. It is not really fun to spend almost 15 minutes to try to find the exact right spot where the crane is supposed to hit the forklift.

I remember having problems with this puzzle and taking a break before restarting it … It worked fine the 2nd time.

On my first runthrough I had to position the crane, when walk out of the office and make sure it was lined up, then go back inside the office and move the crane again, all before I got the crane to touch the forklift.
The second time I played, it all seemed very obvious and I couldn't see hwy it had been so difficult.

After spending about 45 minutes trying to line up the barrel perfectly (without any success), I realized that clicking the forklift handle/control moves it down but NOT all the way down. You have to hold the key to get it to the lowest position. Once I adjusted this, the placement of the barrel was not critical. Just the weight swinging it moved things along. Thought I'd leave this note in case someone else gets stuck in the garage!
