Crash in chapter 2

Every time I try to take picture a tree that blocking railroad, game freezes. I even can't quit game unless I use 'taskkill' on cmd.
What should I do? I tried lowering graphic settings, and launch the game with admin.

Here's my laptop spec, If these helps to find what's the problem.
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
CPU: i7-6700HQ
RAM: 16GB
GPU: GTX 960M
*I didn't updated the game, and the game is in latest version.

P.S. I tried check local game cache, and restart chapter. Result was same :(

Thanks for reporting this. Looks like a lot of people are having similar problems. I'm looking into the issue.

In the meantime, could you send me a full system report by following these instructions? Except that instead of sending it to Steam Support, send it to my email at aleksi@loisteinteractive.com.

If there are any .mdmp crash dump files in the game folder, please send those to me as well. You can get to the game folder by right-clicking INFRA on Steam, selecting "Properties", "Local Files" and "Browse Local Files...".

I checked, but there was no log in game folder. The only log I found was about today's crash during changing graphic settings.

I've created a new beta branch "2.3.3", which should solve the issue. You can opt-into the beta by right-clicking INFRA on Steam, selecting "Betas" and "2.3.3". If it's not visible on the list, you might need to restart Steam first.

Please let me know if it solves the issue or if the game is still freezing.
