The game doesn`t load...[SOLVED]
The game was running fine and, suddenly, when I tried to run it again, the game doesn`t load anymore. The system don`t have any process (infra.exe) running on background. I just click to play, but nothing happens.
I already tried redownload the game and check the files integrity, but none of them worked.
Can anyone help me, please?

Are you able to launch other games from Steam? Have you tried restarting Steam? One thing that you could also try is logging out and then back into Steam.

Thanks for the reply. And yes, I can run other games normally. I restarted the steam and restarted the computer, but nothing works.

If you're running any kind of anti-virus software, try temporarily disabling it before launching INFRA.

Have you tried launching INFRA directly from the game folder? Try right-clicking INFRA on Steam, selecting "Properties", "Local Files", "Browse Local Files..." and then opening "infra.exe".

I tried to run the game directly on game folder, but it not worked, too.
I am running Windows Defender (built-in Windows 10, 64-bit, build 14393.693). I disabled the anti-virus and the process now appear on Task Manager, but with 0% CPU/Memory utilization.

I will try the beta 2.0.7 [edit: not worked, I'm rolling back to non-beta].

One thing that you could try is running the game in windowed mode. Right-click INFRA on Steam, select "Properties", "Set Launch Options..." and type in "-windowed -w 1280 -h 720".

If this gets you in the game, use the video options menu to reconfigure the resolution and display mode (try setting it to "borderless" for starters) and then remove the launch options afterwards.

Don't worked...:steamsad:

My suspects remains on Windows 10 updates or AMD GPU drivers...I will wait a new driver release and then I'll update this topic.

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate!

Okay, so lets go trough the basics:
  1. Make sure to close all background programs, especially those that hog a lot of RAM.
  2. Remove your current display driver with DDU, the official download of the latest release can be found here[www.wagnardsoft.com].
  3. Grab the latest version of AMDs graphics driver, from here[support.amd.com] and install them.
  4. Check your operating system for corrupted files by running the following in an elevated command prompt:
    dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  5. Use Malwarebytes[malwarebytes.com] or a similar second opinion scanner to check your system for infections.

Recommendations to fix this issue are sorted descending by likelihood of success.
For further help, a dxdiag report would be useful. To create one, you can follow this guide[support.2k.com].

If you've completed all other steps listed above, there is not much else to do inside safe boundaries.

However there seems to be one common solution for all people that have this problem in other games. Removing "fastprox.dll" from "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wbem\fastprox.dll". Keep in mind that by doing so you are modifying a system file and this action could have a severe impact on your system stability. All actions are performed on your own risk.

  1. Gain ownership of "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wbem\fastprox.dll" and assign your user account full access to this file.
  2. Rename "fastprox.dll" to "fastprox.dlloriginal" (which is basically removing the file as the operating system won't be able to locate it anymore)

After that you should be able to launch the game. If the issue still persists, I recommend a reinstallation of your operating system.

This post is based on the recommendations of the user "PSX" from this thread.
